If you discover that the item you ordered from jiam.org is defective after the package is opened, a replacement will be granted. These apply to the following materials: CD, DVD, VHS, or Audio cassette tapes.

The faulty item will be exchanged for the same item as soon as possible, provided it is received by us in the same condition as you ordered from us.

Send an email to jiam@maf.or.ke to request a replacement.

Replacement will only be allowed  if you received a defective/wrong item. Ship the defective/wrong item with a copy of the  purchase order to JESUS IS ALIVE MINISTRIES, P.O. BOX 38670 - 00623 NAIROBI KENYA. TEL: +254 -20- 253254/5, EMAIL: jiam@maf.or.ke.

A replacement will be send to you within four to six weeks from the time we received it.
